I sincerely wish that Bhismapitamah of the nation becomes Lord Krishna and comes to rescue of Draupadi in form of citizens of the country like me who is being stripped by Dushashana.

I hope you demonstrate MAI HOON NA ( MEANING -I TAKE FULLRESPONSIBILITY) to save me and other millions from being stripped by Dushashana of Mother India on account of corrupt, inefficient, incompetent , sluggish judiciary existing in Mother India.

I had written letter addressed to you on 18-3-2004 and another letter on15-04-04,By e-mail and I had reproduced contents of my telegram dated 7-3-04 to CJI MR. V.N.KHARE and letter addressed to him. I do not have any means to ascertain whether your staff working under you has place my e-mails before you.

I have already brought it to your notice that I was harassed by being subjected to five day police remand and the income tax department used COERCION METHODS to extort taxes on assumption basis from my wife and children and I , the head of the family being helpless , have to approach you as your income tax department and the central vigilance commission are , corrupt , mili-bhagat helping each other.

which has been put on Internet so that inefficiency/ineffectiveness prevailing everywhere in the government administration is exposed also to AWAKEN SLEEPING GIANT WITHIN YOU to take radical steps for transforming the country instantly by igniting the minds .

I think that people like us have to pull you out from the DRAG phenomena that good person like you feel and also to ignite the fire within you which prevents you from stern ,lightning action for the benefit of millions of people in the country.

Only when Abhimanyu was sacrificed , Arjuna could ignite fire within. As you love children of Mother India - do you really want sacrifices of large number of children to feel the pain and ignite fire within you???

I do hope that the voices of Draupadis (both male and females) reaches you so as to impart true justice without any further costs and delay by exposing the great bank robbers who are aided by Gujarat High Court advocate like Mr. Saurabh Soparkar and the justice like Miss R.M.Doshit of Gujarat High Court in protecting the great bank robbers of their banking frauds. Even Supreme Court of India has confirmed about the quality of orders passed by Gujarat High Court.

I sincerely hope that I feel Mai Hoon Na from you--- which can make people feel that there is one person in the Government who is prepared to shoulder responsibility. Let, the world see that you with your scientific and compassionate mind probe Justice Miss R.M.Doshit before media openly as to what led her to draw conclusions to pass brief and cryptic order in Appeal from Order 176/03 (where I appeared as party –in-person) which stated that “ Heard. No grounds for interference is made out . Hence dismissed.”

When such justice are publicly questioned and humiliated then only the justices in various courts would start behaving responsibly. Instead of relying on judiciary, Lawyers, parliament to change process of justice system , I have suggestion to make that in order to reform Judiciary , Predecessor Central Vigilance Commissioner Mr. Vittal had referred adoption of Edward de bono concepts of Lateral Thinking , Six Thinking Hats and Six Action Shoes for which preliminary information is available on Internet by clicking http://www.edwdebono.com/debono/learning.htm.

You might be aware of name of Peter Ueberroth who has grasped lessons of lateral thinking and who had been named as Man of the Year for his contributions to Olympics that was held in Los Angeles Kindly refer site
